Refund Policy
We would love for you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange please ensure to read our policy and check that you are eligible for a return or exchange.
We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days from the date your order was placed to contact us. We cannot accept any returns/exchanges on personalised items or any non-personalised items after 30-days of your order.
Eligibility for a return
To be eligible for a return, contact us at hello@minimuseco.com.au (within 30-days) with your order number or proof of purchase to request a return or exchange. The items you will be sending back will need to be in the same condition that your received it (unused, unwashed and in the original packaging).
Who pays for the return postage?
For change of mind returns and exchanges, you (the buyer) are responsible for the return postage costs. We do not take responsibility for products returned to us without a tracking number. When returning an item the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so be sure to get proof of posting.
Items that NOT eligible for a return
Unfortunately personalised item and sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Neither are return requests that exceed the 30-day return period.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Once you open your package and realise the colours chosen does not aesthetically match your dining décor, the fastest way to conduct an exchange is to contact us to return your items, once the return is accepted you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund will be approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment but please note that there may be some processing delays based on your financial institution.
